Hi! I'm Andrew.
I'm the Founder of Fairhaven Growth Partners ("FGP"). After 20+ years experience working within transforming and high-growth firms across APAC, UK, EU, US and Channel Islands in a variety of roles, I have been extremely fortunate to work with - and learn from - some of the best leaders, investors and clients in the world at the cutting-edge of technology, innovation and business growth.
With FGP, I have tapped into this network to build our superpower - a collective of C-level trusted growth and digital transformation experts, investors and service providers - including operators, investors, deal makers, business developers, marketers, AI technologists, policy experts, lawyers, and leadership coaches - who bring deep sector and capability expertise, entrepreneurial working, and first-hand experience (and lessons learned) of building, scaling, and exiting international businesses in our target sectors.
This approach - along with an AI-first mindset to experiment and flexible commercial models - including interim/fractional retainers, fixed-fee, or profit-sharing - allows us to cost-effectively provide clients the support they need to move fast, scale smarter, and maximise value for all stakeholders.
I also believe that unlocking growth isn’t just about big bets—it's about seeing opportunities others overlook. I think that the right small, tactical shifts that help to connect the dots within firms and societies can create as much impact and prosperity as bold, strategic moves.
