    Fairhaven Growth Partners ("FGP") was built as an alternative way to provide mid-market investors and scaling management teams the expertise, networks and deal support they need to navigate complex business challanges, boost performance and maximise stakeholder value across the investment lifecycle.

    Our approach differs from traditional consultancies as we can flexibly and cost-effectively blend a mix of fractional C-level talent, practical consulting, or targeted support with a range of commercial models. Often this involves us embedding one or more high-calibre leaders - who combine deep sector, business building, and tech-enabled transformation expertise - to work alongside clients on a fractional or project basis, bridging the gaps between strategy, investment and implementation.

    We also utilise different commercial models including retainers, fixed-fee, or profit-sharing which helps clients to execute faster-without the delay of traditional permanent hires or costs and bureaucracy of larger consulting or investment firms.

    I'm the Founder of Fairhaven Growth Partners ("FGP"). After 20+ years experience working within transforming and high-growth firms across APAC, UK, EU, US and Channel Islands in a variety of roles, I have been extremely fortunate to work with - and learn from - some of the best leaders, investors and clients in the world at the cutting-edge of technology, innovation and business growth.

    With FGP, I have tapped into this network to build our superpower - a collective of C-level trusted growth and digital transformation experts, investors and service providers - including operators, investors, deal makers, business developers, marketers, AI technologists, lawyers, NEDs and leadership coaches - who bring clients deep sector and capability expertise, entrepreneurial working, and first-hand experience (and lessons learned) of building, scaling, and exiting international businesses in our target sectors.
